FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment, in particular to recording equipment, which determines the optimal angle of arm bending in the elbow joint when throwing hand grenades by military personnel and development of optimal means and methods for improvement of its physical and technical readiness to ensure maximum throwing range with minimization of injuries. Proposed technical solution allows to control performance of technical actions of a soldier when throwing hand grenades, in particular, to determine the optimal angle of bending of the arm in the elbow joint, which is performed by throwing the hand grenade, and at which the maximum throwing range will be provided.
EFFECT: automation of control of hand grenade throwing technique by servicemen, development of necessary physical qualities, coordination readiness, correct technique, reduction of injury rate.
