FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely to reinforced concrete bulk blocks and methods for their manufacture. The reinforced concrete bulk block contains: a spatial frame made of profiles, formwork sheets that are attached from the inside to the frame and form the inner surface of the bulk block, frame reinforcing cages that are installed inside the profiles, reinforcing meshes installed between the profiles, a strapping reinforcing cage installed from the outside along frame area of ​​profiles, and concrete, which is applied from the outside of the frame of profiles to sheets. A method for manufacturing a reinforced concrete volumetric block is disclosed, in which: a spatial frame is assembled from profiles, formwork sheets are attached to the frame from the inside, while forming the inner surface of the volumetric block, frame reinforcing cages are installed inside the profiles, reinforcing meshes are installed between the profiles, a strapping reinforcing cage is installed with an external sides over the area of ​​the frame from profiles. Next, concrete is applied from the outer side of the frame from profiles to formwork sheets, profiles, reinforcing meshes and frame and strapping reinforcing cages, while forming a monolithic reinforced concrete structure.

EFFECT: creation of a reinforced concrete volumetric block and a method for its manufacture with reduced labor intensity, increased strength and the possibility of manufacturing a volumetric block both in the factory and at the construction site.
