FIELD: hybrid adaptive network control devices.

SUBSTANCE: user request is received from the user terminal. A service request is announced to a plurality of communication networks, the service request being based on the received user request. Service request responses are received from a plurality of communication networks in response to the advertised service request. A metric is determined for individual compatible communication networks, the metric being at least partially based on the parameters included in the received response to the request. The service selection is sent to the user terminal, wherein the service selection includes an ordered list of at least a part of compatible communication networks, the order of the ordered list is based on indicators defined for individual compatible communication networks.

EFFECT: increased reliability of data transmission in the network.
