SUBSTANCE: devices for producing pasty and granular products. Paste-maker-granulator includes a housing, inside of which a screw is installed coaxially with it. A pressing unit containing a casing with a flange fastening to the body is attached separably to the body with the help of a nut. A nozzle holder is associated with the casing with its inner surface with the possibility of its rotation relative to the axis of the casing. In the casing, two windows are made symmetrically in the horizontal plane. At the same time, four windows are made in the nozzle holder in pairs and symmetrically in the vertical and horizontal planes. In the windows, also in pairs and symmetrically, there are four forming elements with holes. Between the screw and the casing, there is a coaxially mounted four-stage grinding apparatus, which includes three grids with corresponding hole sizes and cuts installed between them, forming four cutting stages.
