SUBSTANCE: devices for producing pasty products. The grinder-paste maker includes housing 1, in which screw-screw 2 and grinding apparatus 3 are coaxially placed. Grinding apparatus 3 includes split housing 4, in which counter-cutting conical hollow element 5 is fixedly installed, and cutting active conical hollow element 6 is installed coaxially with it. Active hollow conical element 5 is connected to the reversible shaft through shaft 7. Both elements are installed with their apexes towards auger screw 2; on the sides of the elements there are through windows with a symmetrical arrangement of four on each. The windows have a triangular shape, all three sides of which are made in the form of mating blades 9.

EFFECT: shredder reduces energy consumption and increases operational reliability.
