FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates, in particular, to devices for testing tillage working bodies. A field installation for testing soil-cultivating working bodies is proposed, including a frame, a system for adjusting the depth of tillage using support wheels 4, as well as a traction force measurement system consisting of a strain gauge force sensor 13 connected to an analogue-to-digital converter 14 and a personal computer 15. The frame is made in the form of a transverse beam 1 with a rod 2 pivotally connected to the hinge of the traction power tool at one point 3. On the transverse beam 1, the first and second brackets 6 are installed for fastening the working bodies 10 and the rail 11 of the additional loader with the load 12 installed with the possibility of moving along it. The axles of the support wheels 4 are fixedly attached to the ends of the transverse beam 1. Brackets 6 have a cylindrical shape and are attached to the transverse beam 1 between the planes of the support wheels 5, symmetrically with respect to the centre line of the installation. The axes 9 of the rotary working bodies 10 are installed with the possibility of vertical movement and rotation in the horizontal plane around the brackets 6 and fixation with clamps 8 in the vertical position and angle of rotation required for testing.
EFFECT: increased functionality of the installation for testing tillage working bodies.
