FIELD: organic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: new biologically active compounds - substituted indolin-3-ones, namely (Z)-2-(2-oxopropylidene)indolin-3-one Formula 1, which has antimycotic activity, which suggests its use in medicine as a potential drug with antimycotic properties. The use of (Z)-2-(2-oxopropylidene)indolin-3-one of Formula 1 as an antifungal agent against yeast fungi is presented.
EFFECT: invention provides (Z)-2-(2-oxopropylidene)indolin-3-one of Formula 1, which has a pronounced antimycotic effect and low toxicity.
