FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: method relates to mining, in particular to the development of deposits by an open method and the restoration of areas disturbed by open mining, and can be used in the extraction of minerals and the reclamation of rock elliptical dumps. The method for forming an ellipsoidal waste dump with an environmentally friendly orientation includes making a pioneer dump embankment within the boundaries of the elliptical dump, formed bifurcated along the dump boundary on the left and right towards each other to the full design height of the tier. At the same time, reclamation is formed along the perimeter of the outer slope of the elliptical rock dump under tiers of 5-7 m with slope angles in the range of 18-22º, with a slope of horizontal platforms towards the body of the dump covered with a fertile soil layer, receiving overburden from the quarry. When connecting the opposite boundary dump fronts of the tier, a dump embankment is performed with the development of the front of dump operations to the center of the designed dump body. The process is repeated when forming the next tiers of the dump up. The pioneer dump embankment within the boundaries of the elliptical dump is formed bifurcated along the dump boundary on the left and right towards each other to the full design height of the tier, the dump embankment is made with the development of the front of dump operations towards the center of the dump body with the location of the short axis of the elliptical dump parallel to the axis of the wind rose vectors with a maximum the value of the wind regime in a given place according to long-term observations, as well as with the location of the axis of the entrance embankment of the elliptical dump aligned with the minor axis of the ellipse and from the side of the wind with a maximum value. Reception of overburden rocks of the quarry is carried out in the mode of passing backfilling in the direction of the wind at the current moment. A settling and quenching turbulent component of the dusting flow is formed inside the dumped slope of the tier of the elliptical dump front. The ratio of the long to the short axis of the elliptical blade is assumed to be proportional to the ratio of the sum of the vectors of the wind rose on the axis with the maximum value to the sum of the vectors on the perpendicular axis.
EFFECT: increasing the environmental efficiency of the dumped rock elliptical dump.
