SUBSTANCE: simulator for the formation of the intestinal stoma includes three rectangular platforms, imitation of the intestine and imitation of the anterior abdominal wall, and the simulator can be installed on the second and third platforms for simulating the position of the abdominal wall during the removal of the stoma by laparotomic access and simulating the position of the anterior abdominal wall during the laparoscopic removal of the stoma, respectively. The first platform imitates the anterolateral layers of the abdominal wall. The second and third platforms, depending on the position of the simulator, imitate the posterior wall of the abdominal cavity, depending on the type of access to the abdominal cavity.

EFFECT: possibility of practicing the skills of removing intestinal stomas according to the known methods, marking the places for removing the stoma, and caring for the stoma.
