METHOD FOR LAPAROSCOPIC FORMATION OF A LOOP INTESTINAL STOMA Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A61B17/00 A61B17/34 A61F5/445

Abstract RU 2772694 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncocoloproctology. A tunnel is formed in the mesentery of the excreted section of the intestine. One end of a polyethylene tube 5 mm in diameter and 40 cm long is inserted through a 10 mm trocar, passing it through the mesentery tunnel and removed through the same 10 mm trocar. An incision is made for the stoma in the region of the trocar wound, and the intestine is tracted from the abdominal cavity using a polyethylene tube. Suture of the removed intestine to the skin is carried out with serous-muscular-dermal-intradermal sutures with the first injection of the needle into the intestine in the "top-down" direction with the capture of the serous-muscular layer 2-3 mm long. The next injection is performed from the side of the subcutaneous fat in the "bottom-up" direction with a prick on the skin at a distance of 3-4 mm from the edge of the skin wound. Next, an injection is performed in the immediate vicinity of the previous puncture, with the needle passing intradermally towards the edge of the wound and puncturing directly from the edge of the dermis.

EFFECT: method allows to improve the results of treatment of patients with intestinal stoma: speed up and simplify the course of the stomy operation, reduce the number of intraoperative complications, such as intestinal trauma, speed up the process of consolidation of the skin-serous suture, reduce the frequency of postoperative complications from the stoma - purulent complications, retraction, hypergranulation.
