SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to treat patients with long-term non-healing wounds. The bottom, walls and edges of the wound are scarified until superficial bleeding appears on the wound. Then Cryofit fibrin glue is applied to the wound, the said glue is mixed with the wound coagulate, after which a sealed hydroactive bandage is applied. Subsequent bandages are applied with a change of hydroactive bandages once every 7–8 days or earlier if the bandages is not tight.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the rate of wound healing, a reduction in the duration of treatment of chronic wounds, the healing of chronic wounds, including large ones in area and depth, with the restoration of natural anatomical volumes and normal skin.
