FIELD: dehydration device.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for removing moisture from process gas containing moisture and their use. A dehydration device is described that removes moisture from a process gas containing moisture and compressed with a compressor, containing an absorption unit to remove moisture from the process gas by contacting it with a dehydrating solvent; the first unit for determining the pressure inside the absorption unit; a distillation unit for separating moisture from the dehydrating solvent by heating the dehydrating solvent which has absorbed moisture in the absorption unit; a line for transporting the dehydrating solvent from the absorption unit to the distillation unit; a pump located in the conveyance line; a first bypass line connecting a conveyance line upstream of the conveyance pump and a conveyance line downstream of the conveyance pump; a first on/off valve located in the first bypass line; and a control unit configured to control the transfer pump and the first on/off valve. A dehydration device is described that removes moisture from a moisture-containing process gas compressed by a compressor, comprising an absorption unit for removing moisture from the process gas by bringing the process gas into contact with a dehydrating solvent; a pressurizing unit for supplying a pressurizing gas to the absorption unit; a pressure detection unit inside the absorption unit; a distillation unit for separating moisture from the dehydrating solvent by heating the dehydrating solvent which has absorbed moisture in the absorption unit; a supply line configured to supply the process gas compressed by the compressor to the absorption unit; a transfer line for transporting the dehydrating solvent from the absorption unit to the distillation unit; the release line in the absorption unit; a connecting line connecting the supply line and the outlet line; a supply valve located in the supply line on the downstream side from the position of connection with the connecting line; a connecting valve located in the connecting line; exhaust valve; and a control unit configured to control the supply valve, the connection valve, and the outlet valve. A dehydration-compression system is described, containing the dehydration device and compressors described above. A CO2 recovery system comprising the above dehydration-compression system is described. Methods for controlling the dehydration devices described above are described.
EFFECT: removal of moisture from the process gas in order to avoid corrosion in downstream equipment, even when the inside of the absorption unit is under insufficient pressure of the process gas.
