The method for the combined development of mineral deposits includes hydraulic mining of the upper part of the deposit from the surface, driving of a vertical or inclined field shaft, driving of permanent horizontal or inclined workings from the shaft to the ore body, mining, delivery and subsequent transportation of the mineral, opening of the upper part of the deposit is carried out by open mining works, flood the resulting pit, place floating production equipment on the water surface, which, after lowering the strength of the layer under the action of the flooding liquid, perform layer-by-layer mining of the mineral, delivery and transportation of the resulting pulp, below the design level of mining by floating production equipment, an artificial roof is created, under protection of which is underground floor mining, before mining each floor, an inclined artificial bottom is formed from a hardening material, after hardening of which a process treatment space is created above the artificial bottom, which is completely filled with water with backup, as the rock mass softens and peels off, it is output to the surface, after working off the bottom is cleaned, and the resulting cavity is laid.
