FIELD: inspection well hatches.
SUBSTANCE: manhole hatch contains an upper cover with locks, secured by means of an internal hinge at the base of the hatch, and an inner cover. There are three spring-type locks attached to the bottom surface of the top cover. A cell phone and an electromagnetic lock are mounted in the second cover to allow the second cover to be removed after the electromagnetic relay of the cell phone vibration lock is closed. The base of the hatch is made with a groove into which a trapezoidal rubber gasket is inserted.
EFFECT: creation of a durable hatch structure with shut-off valves and the prevention of unauthorized access to the well through the hatch.
