SUBSTANCE: strain of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens producing bacillaene is proposed and deposited as DSM 33014 in the DSMZ - German Collection of Microorganisms and Cell Cultures of the Leibniz Institute, February 7, 2019. The strain inhibits the growth of C. perfringens, Salmonella enterica, E. coli and / or Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
EFFECT: methods for feeding animals, improving health, improving the general physical condition of animals, reducing the mortality rate of animals, establishing or maintaining a healthy intestinal microflora in animals, preventing the harmful effects of manure or contaminated liquids on the environment, controlling and/or improving the quality of water or aqueous solutions, treating or preventing a microbial disease of cultivated plants.
