FIELD: rotary positive displacement machines.
SUBSTANCE: machine contains a housing 1, a cylinder 2, coaxial shafts 5, 6, rotors 7, 8, including sector blades, a movement conversion mechanism 10 of rotors 7, 8. The mechanism 10 is a drive shaft 11, located eccentrically with the shafts 5, 6, a drive link 12, rigidly mounted on the shaft 11, two single-arm levers, rigidly fixed one at a time on the shafts 5, 6 and hingedly connected by means of rods with link 12 by means of hinged bearings installed on link 12 in diametrically opposite places and on single-arm levers. Each rotor 7, 8 is made of a steel base and a hollow aluminum cover with a counterweight. The blade is made of hollow aluminum. The base, cover with counterweight and blade are connected to each other by screws. The base is a thin-walled disc made integral with a one-sided bushing and a stiffening rib located on the side of the one-sided bushing near the outer diameter of the disc. The cover is made integral with the counterweight and is installed on the base from the side of the one-sided bushing and the stiffening rib. The blade is installed on the other side of the base.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at creating a rotary machine with sector blades, an asymmetrical design, with good balance and a low moment of inertia.
