FIELD: mechanical engineering; compressors or vacuum pumps; positive displacement rotary machines. SUBSTANCE: machine has housing, cylinder, two side covers, coaxial shafts, blades installed one on each coaxial shaft, driving shaft installed in housing eccentrically relative to coaxial shafts and driving member fitted on shaft. Two hinge joints made on driving member accommodate tie-rod connected with single-arm levers rigidly installed on coaxial shafts. Cylinder is provided with suction port and number of delivery holes which can be overlapped to provide control of gas pressure at outlet. EFFECT: small-size rotary machine of high capacity which does not required lubricating oil for its operation. 3 cl, 10 dwg
