FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a biologically active material for covering a wound surface, including a bioplastic porous material consisting of an extracellular matrix enriched with a composition containing type I collagen, hyaluronic acid, elastin and cultured neonatal human fibroblasts in DMEM with the addition of FBS, L-glutamine, penicillin, streptomycin, as a percentage of the components of the initial mixture, in wt.%: type I collagen 70-85, hyaluronic acid 10-15, elastin 1-15, cultured neonatal human fibroblasts 3-5; wherein the biologically active material additionally includes a base made of non-woven material using hypoallergenic synthetic acrylate glue with an atraumatic sorption pad made of viscose, covered with a polyethylene mesh, sterilized with ethylene oxide.
EFFECT: present invention improves performance and functional properties of the biologically active material by increasing the period of biodestruction of the biologically active material in saline solutions that simulate the acidity of the wound bed during acute and chronic inflammation, as well as increasing the number of adherent fibroblasts in an acidic environment and reducing the fragility of the material.
