FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to three-dimensional bioplastic material, which includes base in form of matrix, for which hydrocolloid of hyaluronic acid is used as material. Framework for said bioconstruction results from combination of gel-electrophoresis and low-temperature lyophilic drying methods with obtaining layered three-dimensional structure, external-dense, homogeneous, internal - porous with multitude of heterogeneous voids with size 252.16 ± 98.73 mcm, with said structure being preserved under conditions of cell cultivation in vitro and experiment in vivo.
EFFECT: invention provides increase of wound healing effectiveness and represents base for elaboration of novel tissue-engineered constructions and artificial organs.
