SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for intermittent short-term deep sedation with sevoflurane against the background of minimal sedation with propofol. The method includes minimal sedation with propofol 3 mg/kg/hour. After this, the sevoflurane supply is stopped, while deep sedation lasts 3 minutes, during which time local anesthesia is performed.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to achieve short-term deep sedation without any respiratory depression and eliminate severe phobia before performing painful manipulations.
