SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutics and discloses an oral tablet composition containing lenalidomide, wherein composition contains 3–30 parts by weight of a diluent, 0.1–2.5 weight parts of a disintegrating agent and 0.03–0.75 parts by weight of lubricant 1 mass part of lenalidomide.
EFFECT: oral composition containing lenalidomide demonstrates physicochemical equivalence with lenalidomide preparations in the form of solid capsules, possesses the same pharmacological, therapeutic effect in preclinical studies and bioequivalence studies, and is also improved as to simplicity and safety of its application.
