FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns a method for producing an immobilized preparation based on the bacterial strain Bacillus aequororis “ВКМ B-3610D”, which has lipase and amylase activity, and can be used as a feed additive for farm animals. According to the method, bacterial cells with amylase and lipase activity are grown in the presence of insoluble feed yeast in one stage in a liquid culture medium; after the end of cultivation, feed yeast with bacteria grown on it that form a biofilm are separated from the culture medium and dried.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a bacterial preparation based on whole cells of Bacillus aequororis “ВКМ B-3610D” with amylase and lipase activity, immobilized during growth in form of biofilms on fodder yeast.
