SUBSTANCE: method involves phytocarrier preparation by mixing raw plant material containing cellulose, main water, bakery yeast autolysate, disubstituted potassium phosphate, magnesium sulphate and molasses at a given component ratio. Phytocarrier obtained is sterilized and added to liquid Cellulomonas flavigena RNCIM B-2559 culture and aged at given parameters. Then liquid cultures of Bacillus subtilis B-8130 and Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis RNCIM B-4591 are added in sequence in equal amount. The mix obtained is stirred, matured at given process parameters and dried to residual humidity of 8-10%. Reduced straw, sunflower or soybean oil cake are used as plant material containing cellulose, and liquid probiotic strain cultures Cellulomonas flavigena RNCIM B-2559, Bacillus subtilis RNCIM B-8130 and Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis RNCIM B-4591 are obtained by cultivation in nutrient media specific to each strain of the mix separately.

EFFECT: enhanced biological activity of preparation, fodder digestibility and liveweight gain, and prolonged shelf life.
