FIELD: strains cultivation.

SUBSTANCE: Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-8130, Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-2984, Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-5449, Bacillus licheniformis VKPM B-4162 and Lactobacillus plantarum VKPM B-5337 strains are separately deep-cultivated on appropriate nutrient media. The resulting culture liquids of pure cultures are mixed in a ratio of 2:1:5:2:2 to a volume of 100 l, applied to 250 kg of sterile beet pulp, which is pre-treated with a cellulolytic enzyme dissolved in a given nutrient medium, the pH is adjusted to 6.5-7 0 and kept for 4 hours at a temperature of 50°C. The mixture is thoroughly mixed, solid-phase fermentation is carried out at a temperature of 32-42°C for 72-96 hours and thoroughly mixed. A mixture of micro-crushed medicinal herbs is added to the resulting semi-finished product, taken in the ratio: echinacea herb, oregano herb, plantain leaf, milk thistle, chamomile flowers, St. John's wort herb - 30:20:5:20:3:3 final moisture content of the product 8-10 wt.%.

EFFECT: increasing biological activity and a wide spectrum of biologically active feed additives, ensuring reliable disease prevention, increasing the adaptive reserves of the body, resistance to pathogenic factors, ensures stable growth and development of animals, normalization of the gastrointestinal tract, strengthening immunity.
