RAIL CAR DRAFT GEAR Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC B61G9/06 B61G9/10 B61G9/14 B61G9/18 B61G11/14 F16F7/08

Abstract RU 2804557 C1

FIELD: railway transport.

SUBSTANCE: draft gear contains a hollow body with an open end and a closed opposite end, friction elements, a pressure cone, a centring rod, and elastically deformable elements. The conical end section of the rod is located in the axial channel of the pressure cone for its centring. In the lower closed part, there is a recess for installing the end section. The end portion is rigidly secured by a guide rod support plate along the central axis of the hollow body. The package of deformable elements is centred along the guide rod. A pressure element with a central hole is placed on the guide rod with centring relative to the axis and with the possibility of movable rotation relative to the washer without transmitting forces in the horizontal plane. The upper surface of the pressure element is an annular protrusion. A washer with a central hole and a loose fit relative to the rod is installed between the pressure element and the friction elements.

EFFECT: reliability of the draft gear is increased.
