FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering. The absorbing apparatus contains a hollow body with a closed end part and an opposite open end part, friction shoes, a wedge, a pressure element, a rod and a dynamic load damper. The wedge is made in the lower part with a conical blind recess for the location of the upper part of the rod in it during the movement of the wedge. The pressure element is made in the center with a hole in which the rod is placed. The technological gap between the rod and the side ledge of each friction shoe is always greater than the technological gap between the rod and the surface of the conical blind recess of the wedge. The pressure element is made with protrusions that are placed between the friction shoes. Each elastic element is formed by two plates and a polymer element installed between them. The housing in the upper part is made with protrusions directed towards the axis. The wedge in the lower part is made with lateral protrusions located between the friction shoes.
EFFECT: increased energy intensity and manufacturability while simplifying the design, ensuring unambiguous positioning of parts and eliminating the possibility of spontaneous disassembly of the apparatus.
