FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related specifically to a process for production of hydrazine hydrate used to remove oxygen from boiler water and to obtain pharmaceutical and agrochemical compounds. The method for producing hydrazine hydrate includes the stages at which ammonia, hydrogen peroxide and methyl ethyl ketone react in presence of a solution containing one or more activators in order to obtain methyl ethyl ketone azine, the resulting mecasine is hydrolyzed to obtain the target product, and is characterized in that at the hydrolysis stage, the methyl ethyl ketone oxime is purged and the oxime purge stream is recycled upstream of the hydrolysis stage.
EFFECT: provision of a method for synthesis of hydrazine hydrate with the exception of the discharge of the effluent stream containing azine and hydrazone, simple elimination of the oxime by-product, prevention of loss of hydrazone and azine contained in the oxime purge stream.
