SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a method of obtaining compounds of formula (II) that effectively interact with Slo-1 and are used for the treatment and/or prevention of helminth infections. The meanings of substituents in formula (II) are as defined in the claims. The group of inventions also relates to a method of obtaining intermediate compounds and their use in a method of obtaining a compound of formula (II). The process for the preparation of compounds of formula (II) is carried out by carrying out steps B-a, B-b, B-c, B-d of the claims, provided that step B-d is not carried out before step B-c.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to achieve a high yield and purity of compounds of general formula (II).
