SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of the general formula (I) or to its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, in which A is A1 or A2, o is 0, X, Y are independently selected from a group consisting of CR6R7, O, where at least one of X and Y is CR6R7, G is S, R1 is selected from hydrogen, R2 is selected from C1-C6-alkyl, R3 is selected from C1-C4-alkyl, R4 is selected from hydrogen, R5 is selected from hydrogen, R6 is hydrogen, R7 is hydrogen, Q is selected from phenyl, which is optionally substituted with 2 or 3 substitutes selected from a group consisting of halogen, C1-C4-halogenalkyl having from 1 to 3 halogen atoms, C1-C4-halogenalkoxy having from 1 to 3 halogen atoms, -N(C1-C4-alkyl)2. The invention also relates to a method for the production of a compound of the formula (I), an intermediate compound used for the production of the specified compounds, a pharmaceutical composition based on a compound of the formula (I).
EFFECT: new compounds and a pharmaceutical composition based on them are obtained, which can be used in medicine for the treatment of a helminth infection caused by nematodes.
