FIELD: refrigerants.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the use of a refrigerant containing at least about 97 wt.% of the following three compounds, each compound being present in the following relative mass fractions: from 39 to 45 wt.% difluoromethane (HFC-32), from 1 to 4 wt.% pentafluoroethane (HFC-125) and from 51 to 57 wt.% trifluoroiodomethane (CF3I) for replacement of R410A refrigerant in heat transfer systems wherein the heat transfer composition comprises alkylated naphthalene. The invention also relates to a cooling method.

EFFECT: proposed refrigerants are non-flammable.
