SUBSTANCE: method consists of controlling a sprinkler with an emergency stop alarm system, where the sprinkler comprises a pipeline (12) installed on self-propelled trolleys (13) with electric drive (14) of wheels (15). The electric drive (14) is connected to the central control panel (5), in which a unit (9) is installed for turning on the safety circuit (1) with a non-fixed push-button switch (9.1) and a unit (8) for selecting the direction of movement of the machine or the diagnostic mode. A local unit (2) for controlling the electric drive (14) of the wheels (15) is connected to each trolley (13). The switch (4) of the safety circuit (1) of the local control unit (2) is equipped with a group of contacts that switch to the alarm circuit (3.1) with an alarm lamp (3) in the event of an emergency violation of the geometry of the pipeline (12). In the diagnostic mode, the switch (9.1) is forced to turn on the safety circuit (1) to activate the alarm circuit (3.1) in the local control unit (2). In the mode of restoring the geometry of the pipeline (12), the direction of movement of the sprinkler in the direction of restoring the geometry is selected and the electric drive (14) of the trolleys (13) is powered by forced power supply by the switch (9.1) to the safety circuit (1) until the geometry of the pipeline (12) and the safety electrical circuit (1) are completely restored, while simultaneously turning on the alarm circuit (3.1) in the control unit (2) located on the trolley (13) with a critical bend in the pipeline geometry (12). When the geometry of the pipeline (12) is restored, the alarm circuit (3.1) is de-energized by switching the safety switch (4) of the safety circuit (1), signalling the complete restoration of the geometry of the pipeline (12).

EFFECT: improved efficiency of restoring the geometry of the sprinkler pipeline in case of emergency bending.
