FIELD: parking systems.

SUBSTANCE: parking system contains an access control device (130, 140) at the entrance and exit from the parking lot, the central processor (160), the server (170), which hosts the website (180) of the parking system. The access control device at the entrance to the parking lot contains a QR code display device (110). In response to scanning the QR code for entering the parking lot by the user's subscriber device, the parking system generates a unique user identification code that identifies the user only during this parking session, and sends a link to the parking system website (180) to the user's subscriber device. The website (180) of the parking system receives a command from the user to open the access control device (130) at the entrance to the parking lot and to pay the cost of the parking. The server (170) of the parking system generates a QR code for leaving the parking lot in response to the successful payment of the parking cost. The parking exit access control device (140) scans the parking exit QR code from the display of the user's subscriber unit. The parking system opens the parking exit access control (140) in response to a QR code scan to exit the parking lot. A method for controlling a parking system is also proposed.
