SUBSTANCE: known impact unit contains a cylindrical body with two inlet and outlet holes, a first centring rod, two impact valves, two guide bushings, two seats, two return springs, two conical springs, two locking rings, with the inlet holes being made coaxially along the first centring rod and located oppositely relative to the outlet hole, the first seat is installed in the first inlet hole connected to the first guide sleeve, the second seat is installed in the second inlet hole connected to the second guide sleeve, the first impact valve is rigidly fixed to the end of the first centring rod installed in the cylindrical housing with three degrees of freedom, located between the first return spring, fixed in the first guide sleeve using the first locking ring, and the first conical spring installed in the first inlet hole of the housing, equipped with the second centring rod, a connecting sleeve, a compensation spring, two adjusting nuts and two locknuts, and the second shock valve is rigidly fixed to the end of the second centring rod installed in a cylindrical body with three degrees of freedom, and is located between the second return spring, fixed in the second guide bushing using the second lock ring, and the second conical spring installed in the inlet the housing holes, the free ends of the first and second centring rods with adjusting nuts and locknuts installed on them are inserted into the connecting sleeve, on the outer side of which a compensation spring is installed.
EFFECT: improved reliability and efficiency of the impact unit.
