FIELD: organic chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a compound of formula I, its stereoisomers, agriculturally acceptable salts, compositions based on it for controlling or preventing phytopathogenic fungal diseases of plants, methods of controlling or preventing infection of plants with phytopathogenic fungi, the use of a compound of formula I, methods of its preparation; and an intermediate compound of formula Ib. In the formula IR1 represents C1-haloalkyl; L1 is either direct connection or -CR2R3-; A is phenyl or A is an aromatic heterocyclic ring with either 5 or 6 members; where the aromatic heterocyclic ring heteroatom is selected from N, O and S; and where A is either unsubstituted or substituted by one or more identical or different RA groups, where RA is selected from the group consisting of halogen, cyano, nitro, amino, hydroxy, C1-C6-alkyl, C3-C8-cycloalkyl, C1-C6-haloalkyl, C1-C6-alkoxy and C1-C6-haloalkoxy; L2 is a fragment specified in the claims, where k is an integer from 0 to 2; R2, R3, R2d, R3d, R7 and R8 are independently selected from hydrogen, halogen, cyano, C1-C4-alkyl and C1-C4-haloalkyl; R9 and R10 are defined in the claims; Z1 is selected from the direct connection and CR2dR3d; Z2 is either O or a direct bond; Q1 is a phenyl or heteroaromatic ring with 5–6 elements, where the heteroatom(s) of the heteroaromatic ring is(s) selected from N, O and S, and the said ring may be substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from R17; Q2 represents a heteroaromatic ring with 5–6 elements, where the heteroatom(s) of the heteroaromatic ring is(are) selected from N, O and S, substituted with halogen, C1-C3-alkyl or CF3; where R17 is selected from hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, cyano, -OR12, -NR13R14, -C(=O)OR12, -C(=O)NR13R14, -NR13C(=O )R15, -SO2NR12R13, C1-C6-alkyl, C1-C6-haloalkyl, C2-C6-haloalkenyl, C2-C6-haloalkynyl, C3-C8- cycloalkyl, C3-C8-halocycloalkyl, C1-C6-alkyl-C3-C8-cycloalkyl, C3-C8-cycloalkyl-C1-C6-alkyl, C1-C6-alkoxy-C1-C6-alkyl, C1-C6-alkylamino, di-C1-C6-alkylamino, C1-C6-alkylamino-C1-C6-alkyl, di-C1-C6- alkylamino-C1-C6-alkyl and Z2Q2; R12 is C1-C6-alkyl, C1-C6-haloalkyl, C3-C8-cycloalkyl or C3-C8-halocycloalkyl.
