FIELD: protection of the environment.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to obtain soils based on technogenic sandy materials and pulp and paper industry waste to restore the natural landscape of disturbed areas formed as a result of the activities of industrial enterprises. The soil contains technogenically disturbed podzol or quartz or nepheline waste in the amount of 70-90 wt.% as a technogenic sandy component, and recovered stock in the amount of 10-30 wt.% as a waste from the pulp and paper industry.

EFFECT: producing soil that is fertile, has an increased water-holding capacity and an increased content of plant nutrients with a smaller number of components.
