FIELD: X-ray inspection.

SUBSTANCE: for the inspection of large objects. The stationary inspection complex contains an X-ray source, a collimator and an X-ray reception system in the form of a part of a circle, which is two detector lines of the same shape, N detectors each, located next to each other and on which simultaneously hits a narrow beam of X-rays, and constituting a single structure moving along the rails relative to the stationary large objects, which is installed for scanning between the collimator and detector lines, as well as the information processing unit (IPU), with which the operator's monitor is connected, while it additionally contains the noise suppression unit (NSU), the output of which is connected to the IPU input, and the outputs of the detectors of the first and second detector lines are connected to its inputs. In turn, the NSU includes (N-1) pieces of adders for four inputs and dividers for four, the inputs of each adder receive output signals from the detectors of neighboring pairs of the same name of both lines, and the outputs from the second to (N-1) pairs detectors are connected simultaneously to the inputs of two adjacent adders as follows: the i-th pair is connected to the i-th and (i-1)-th adders, and the outputs of all (N-1) adders are connected to the corresponding inputs of all (N-1) dividers four, the outputs of which are connected to the IPU inputs.

EFFECT: improving the quality of X-ray images obtained using a stationary inspection and inspection complex by reducing the noise level of the output signals of the detectors of both lines.
