FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for non-contact X-ray inspection of large-size objects. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that an ample inspection and inspection complex comprises equipment of the complex installed on the truck chassis of the tractor, an X-ray source and a boom with a detector line, which form in the working position of the complex U-shaped "gates", in alignment of which there is a large-size control object, a rotary mechanism of the X-ray source and "gate", pneumatic springs and shock absorbers of the automobile chassis by the number of wheels in a truck tractor, as well as stabilizing mechanism consisting of fixed and movable (swinging) platforms connected to each other as spherical (ball) hinge, wherein fixed platform is rigidly connected to automobile chassis, with movable platform, which can be fixed by means of special retainers, rigidly connected to rotary mechanism of X-ray source and "gate", and between the platforms there are additional pneumatic posts, the number of which depends on the shape of the platforms, wherein the fixed platform is rigidly fixed inside the frame of the automobile chassis, additional pneumatic supports are located in the inner cavity of the fixed platform horizontally and symmetrically relative to distributing ring, inside which enters hinge spherical part shank, wherein the outer diameter of the distribution ring and the length of the pneumatic posts are such that they are placed in the inner cavity of the fixed platform from edge to edge, and the hinge joint design allows the shank to perform oscillatory movements proportional to and in the same planes as U-shaped "gates" swinging.
EFFECT: technical result is high efficiency of X-ray inspection of large-size object by reducing "dead" zone of mobile inspection and examination complex without reducing quality of X-ray images of large-size object.
