FIELD: X-ray technology.

SUBSTANCE: area of application: for X-ray inspection of large-sized objects. The substance of the invention consists in the fact that the mobile inspection and examination complex (MIEC) comprises the equipment of the complex, installed on the automobile chassis, an x-ray emission source (XES), an arm with a detection rule, forming, in the working position of the complex, a U-shaped "gate", installed in the frame whereof is the large-sized test object, the rotary mechanism of the XES and the "gate", pneumatic leaf springs and shock absorbers of the automotive chassis by the amount of wheels in the automobile tractor, as well as a stabilising mechanism consisting of a fixed platform and a movable platform, interconnected according to the type of the spherical (ball) joint, the fixed platform is rigidly connected with the automobile chassis, rigidly connected with the movable platform is the rotating mechanism of the XES and the "gate", wherein the movable platform can, if necessary, be secured by means of fasteners, wherein a gyroscopic unit can be additionally introduced, based on a mechanical rotary gyroscope installed in the centre of the rotary mechanism and rigidly connected thereto, and the axis of rotation of the gyroscope is aligned with the vertical axis of the ball joint and perpendicular to the horizontal surface of the rotary mechanism.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability of operation of the stabilising mechanism, elimination of delays in the operation of the stabilising mechanism, as well as reduction in the overall dimensions thereof.
