FIELD: solar energy.
SUBSTANCE: method for stabilizing the temperature regime of photo-thermoelectric module includes cooling the back side of the photovoltaic transducers, while heat removal from the back side of the photovoltaic transducers is carried out by evaporation of the coolant in the evaporator of a controlled heat pipe, consisting of an evaporator, a transducer and a transport area. The heat generated in the capacitor is transferred to the hot side of the thermoelectric converter connected to the capacitor, while the cold side of the thermoelectric converter is cooled by a controlled air flow of the environment. The air flow rate is regulated by the control unit based on signals from temperature sensors of the surfaces of the photoelectric, thermoelectric converters and the environment. Heat can be removed from the cold side of the thermoelectric converter by evaporating the coolant in the evaporator of an additional adjustable heat pipe, consisting of an evaporator, a condenser and a transport zone, while the condenser of the additional adjustable heat pipe is cooled by a controlled air flow of the environment. A device for stabilizing the temperature regime of a photo-thermoelectric module is also proposed.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability and service life of photoelectric and thermoelectric converters of the photo-thermoelectric module, ensuring the stability of the output parameters of electromagnetic energy.
