FIELD: technological equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technological equipment for performing assembly operations of the technological process during the manufacture of a product. The slipway for installing a monoblock into a product compartment contains a base with elements for fastening and fixing the monoblock and the product compartment, as well as mechanisms for moving the components of the building stock, and the base consists of a frame of a welded structure on which are fixed: two guides with the possibility of longitudinal movement of the stock components along them; front and tailstocks, which are support units, made with the possibility of frontal fastening and fixing of the monoblock with pins through the rods; a sliding bearing is installed in the headstock, through which manual linear movement of the rod occurs, and a lead screw with a nut is installed in the tailstock rod, through which linear movements of the rod occur by rotating the steering wheel mounted on the lead screw of the rod, while the pins are fixed to the rods, respectively, through the front and rear brackets; a trolley consisting of a welded frame, blocks and rollers, which is a moving mechanism with the possibility of longitudinal movement along the axis of the slipway; cradles, which are devices for installing and adjusting the position of a monoblock on them, before fixing it on the rods, and the cradles are made with the ability to move along the guides and remove them from the stock after fixing the monoblock on the rods, while the cradles are also made with the ability to correct the vertical and transverse movement of the installed they have a monoblock, allowing for minimal deviations during assembly; the slipway also contains rings designed to be secured to the product compartment with subsequent installation on the trolley rollers to move the compartment around the longitudinal axis of the slipway, while to transmit motion when the trolley moves along the longitudinal axis of the slipway, it is equipped with a rack and pinion gear.
EFFECT: invention improves assembly accuracy, as well as the quality and reliability of the assembled product.
