The complex of active ingredients for a surface cleaner that comes into contact with the skin of the hands consists of 1) a lysate of propionic acid bacteria of Propionibacterium shermanii species, 2) an extract of Gossypium Herbaceum seeds, 3) glycerin, 4) a non-ionic surfactant based on glycoside, where the mass the ratio of the components is (0.01–1):(0.01–1):(1–8):(1–8). The surface cleaner that comes into contact with the skin of the hands contains the above-described complex of active ingredients, where 1) a lysate of propionic acid bacteria of the species Propionibacterium shermanii is contained in an amount of 0.01 to 1 wt.%, 2) Gossypium Herbaceum seed extract is contained in an amount of 0.01 to 1 wt.%, 3) glycerin is contained in an amount of from 1 to 8 wt.%, 4) non-ionic surfactant based on glycoside is contained in an amount of 1 to 8 wt.%, and where the mass ratio of the components is (0.01–1):(0.01–1):(1–8):(1–8).

EFFECT: use of the complex of active ingredients described above for the manufacture of a surface cleaner that comes into contact with the skin of the hands.
