FIELD: renewable power sources.

SUBSTANCE: solar-wind power plant contains a pipe and a turbine with a generator. The turbine is located at the outlet of the pipe, which has a heat-absorbing coating. Along the working gas flow behind the pipe there is a heat exchanger-condenser cooled by ambient air with a drain pipeline for dumping the condensed liquid by gravity and creating a vacuum in the heat exchanger-condenser. An additional tank for collecting precipitation is connected to the drain pipeline, and an ejector is also installed to reduce the pressure in the heat exchanger-condenser.

EFFECT: simplification of the design and increase in the efficiency of the solar-wind power plant.
