SUBSTANCE: novel HER2/neu-binding molecule has been proposed. A pharmaceutical composition containing said binding molecules and the use of said molecules for the treatment of diseases and conditions associated with HER2/Neu expression, such as cancer, are also proposed.
EFFECT: obtaining binding molecules with improved binding affinity for HER2 and improved stability.
