FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: portable water heaters using pipe intended for dosed heating of water, mainly in field conditions, by burning liquid hydrocarbon fuels. A portable direct-flow water heater contains a housing installed and secured on a frame-stand made with folding legs, on which a cold water tank with a lid is installed. The housing is closed from the outside with a thermal insulating casing and is equipped with a chimney connected to the housing via a fitting. The housing contains a combustion chamber and a spiral-shaped water heating coil of cylindrical or wedge shape, representing a heat-exchange pipe surface. The spiral-shaped coil is connected with the outlet via an adapter to the cold water tank, and the inlet is connected through the bottom of the combustion chamber with a heated water supply tap with the possibility of dosed water heating. The combustion chamber is equipped with a fitting tangentially directed to the housing wall for installing a nozzle of a burner device, such as a blowtorch, into it for heating water in the coil.

EFFECT: reduction in manufacturing costs and operational reliability and increasing the efficiency of water heating by measuring its consumption.
