SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a surgical circular saw for cutting the necrotic tissue of the skin of a burn wound in depth. A surgical circular saw for cutting the necrotic tissue of the skin of a burn wound in depth includes a mandrel under a clamping chuck, on which a saw blade and two or more ground support limit rollers are fixed with a fastening nut for moving along the burn surface and preventing the saw blade from plunging deep into the bottom of the burn wound when it diverges edges. The saw blade is located between the ground support limit rollers, and its cutting edge protrudes above the surface of the ground support limit rollers.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to ensure the safety and atraumaticity of the working cycle during cutting of the thickness of dermal necrosis of the skin.
