FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: surgical treatment of burns is carried out in the first hours after burning. Prior to surgical intervention, non-invasive dermatological studies of the area of damage are performed, the results of which are processed using a hardware-software complex. The necessary amount of surgery is determined, creating virtual tracking of the operation with an ability to monitor and control the actions of the surgeon, working in glasses with augmented reality. Tissues necrectomy is performed strictly to the subcutaneous fatty tissue, which is intimately covered with a plastic absorbable biomaterial.
EFFECT: method creates optimal conditions for organotypic early tissue repair in the area of damage.
