FIELD: manufacturing of metal parts.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for pre-forming a non-fusion defect by controlling the LMD process in the additive manufacturing of metal parts. The method comprises: obtaining a model containing a moulding zone and a zone of pre-formed defects, which has a predetermined defect. According to the method, the process of layer-by-layer cutting is carried out on the model. For each deposition layer of a preformed defect zone, a predetermined defect has a maximum size a0 in the perpendicular direction. For the moulding zone, a moulding process is carried out under predetermined moulding process parameters of the LMD process. For the zone of pre-formed defects, the control of the moulding process parameters is carried out as follows: for each deposition layer, when a0<D, in relation to the moulding zone, the scanning step between the moulding paths and the powder feed rate in the deposition layer are changed, thus carrying out the preliminary formation of a non-fusion defect. For each deposition layer, when a0≥D, with respect to the moulding zone, the laser energy input in the deposition layer is reduced, thereby preforming a non-fusion defect; where D is the diameter of the laser spot in the deposition layer of the zone of pre-formed defects.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to pre-fabricate a non-fusion defect in any position.
