SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to methods for preparing prefabricated defects in the form of a gas pore and built-in defects in the form of a gas pore and their prefabricated parts. The method for preparing pre-made defects in the form of a gas pore contains: setting a defect zone, setting the volume percentage of defects in the form of a gas pore in the defect zone, adjusting the proportion of satellite powder, the proportion of hollow powder and parameters of the defect preparation process according to the volume percentage of defects in the form of a gas pore, based on the laser melting deposition method. According to the method, layer-by-layer printing of the defect zone is carried out using defect preparation powder and defect preparation process parameters, where the particle size of the defect preparation powder ranges from 45 and 106 microns, the proportion of satellite powder is 55-65% and the proportion of hollow powder is 2.9-3.1%. The defect preparation process parameters include: laser power 600-1000 W, scanning speed 400-800 mm/min, powder feed rate 12-20 g/min, spot diameter 1-2 mm, scanning step 0.5-1 mm and layer thickness 0.15-0.2 mm.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides effective control of the position and proportion of defects in the form of a gas pore generated in a prefabricated part, an effective assessment of the relationship between defects in the form of a gas pore inside a prefabricated part and the mechanical characteristics of a prefabricated part.
