FIELD: pre-fabrication of pore defects.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a method for pre-fabrication of pore defects by controlling the process of selective laser melting. According to the method, laser scanning is carried out on the specified metal melting layer according to the first scanning path and the second scanning path. The first scanning path and the second scanning path have a path overlap area. The path overlap area has a specified width. The supply of laser energy applied in the path overlap area is controlled to achieve a predetermined energy value, whereby keyholes are formed at a plurality of positions in the longitudinal direction of the path overlap area. This metal melting layer is considered as a defect layer, and keyholes in the path overlap area are considered as pore defects.

EFFECT: method can use the "keyhole effect" to form pore defects to characterize additive manufacturing metallurgical defects in an SLM part.
