SUBSTANCE: invention is related to an antibody or an antigen-binding fragment that specifically binds to LukD, LukF, and HIgB. Polynucleotides encoding said antibody; an expression vector containing said polynucleotide; a host cell containing said vector; a pharmaceutical composition containing said antibody are also disclosed. A method for producing said antibody; a method for detecting S. aureus or S. aureus leukotoxin in a sample are disclosed.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to effectively treat infections caused by Staphylococcus aureus.
